While perusing the Huffington Post, I came upon this opinion about Air America. The article could have just as well been written about WHLD. This progressive station is languishing in disinterest and mediocrity. It lost any momentum and goodwill it may have had after its second week on the air.
There's little if any compelling reason to listen to WHLD, aside from a few minutes listening to the wife-of-the-Family Guy-like drone of Randi Rhodes in the afternoon, but even she's being over-shadowed by Big Ed Schultz, who today had a field day with Ruch Limbaugh's Viagra-Dominican Republic romp.
