Pretty soon there will be only 6 english Language stations left in the country!

Most Hispanics in the New York metro are Puerto Rican, and are as American as you are.

They actually have a pretty good signal (if you are within the pattern), and the audio processing seems good as well.

But it shows in the NY book, and has decent coverage in Queens, at least. Beside, Nassau / Suffolk is an embedded market and is actually totally contained in the NY book.

Actually the signal has been garbage since they were forced to remove their old tower since it was discovered to be on the verge of collapse. Audio is pretty shot. I remember when I heard them like a local in places like Holbrook and Oakdale. Not anymore.

God as my witness, I thought they could fly...
Jack Garrett said:Well, it started here. (I guess the fact that WHLI pulled a 0.6 in the NY metro will "allow" this thread to continue).
As to the signal, Mike, WHLI replaced the rotted second tower with a shiny new one.Thankfully the main tower with the big red WHLI calls and 1100 dial position was just fine and continues to inform motorists on the Southern State what radio station has broadcasted there since 1947!
