WHLI 1100AM Getting Stronger?

I'm finding that WHLI is coming in stronger in certain parts of Queens as far west as Ozone Park.

Has the station upgraded its power?

It's 10KW, as it's always been with no applicatiojns or CP's on file.
 
Not actually

From what I gather, WHLI is non-directional at reduced power while its antenna array is being upgraded.
