We've discussed this.

You KNOW you're not allowed to have ANY music written prior to 1975 on the air within the city limits.

Silly me! Actually maybe Barnstable can rework the signal to serve Nassau & NYC and change 94.3 to WHLI-FM for Suffolk listeners.
 
Moving WHLI to 94.3 will not happen

I had read an article recently that stated that the format rates high, but the advertising dollars were hard to come by. I've also heard the 94.3 bills well, even with its lousy numbers. Reducing WHLI's reach isn't going to get it better billings so I don't see the change occurring.
