Who actually ID's?

(I started this topic on the Canada board, so if it gets moved, I understand.)

I'm about to get my hands on some recording software for airchecks. One thing I would love to record are legal ID's. From what I've learned, the CRTC does require it, but they don't necessarily enforce it (unless if they've changed it). When I made my trip to the city in May, I noticed CHUM, CFXJ and CKFG did it, CKFM didn't do it (not yet, this was before the Bell/Astral merger was completed, now they do), CHFI kinda does it within its liners or at :15 past (at least in evenings or weekends), but not a lot of others do. Which stations usually ID? If so, when do they typically do it? I've learned its not exactly at the top of the hour.
