Guys, I spend every day at so called merchants blow and it SUCKS. All day I hear screaming, yelling, back stabbing, whor--- drama. How are you supposed to sell ads after sleeping through a meaningless ??? meeting that makes you want to hang yourself from the balcony. It makes want to go back in the 60's and work for WTHC again.

well how would you feel if your boss made sales calls on her 1967 supercharged convertable broom like harry potter.

Don't like it there? I have a simple solution. Quit! Nassau or Great Eastern dont seem so bad now, do they?

See what I mean? Its time for the old timers to go. That is, if you can't handle basic office politcs. Perhaps Nassau would be best. I'm sure they would take you in, give you a warm blanket and a hot cup of jo jo and make you feel right at home. Take the rest of the day off and go say hello!

The future doesn't need the bad attitude and has-been mentallity you bring to the table. Time for youth in Rutland. Time for change.

Change only happens when the powers that be realize they're not making money!

Then suddenly...practically everybody connected with a radio station...good workers and bad...are expendible! Loyalty...not to mention extra hours of free time...doesn't seem to matter! :-[

Argy, you know the whole point of being in business is to MAKE MONEY! Yes, everyone is expendible. Especially employees who are't getting it done. Loyalty only matters when the hours of overtime are productive. By productive, I mean PROFITABLE. These aren't government jobs.

Better not utter your last sentence too loudly, Phantom!

If our poor economic situation, devalued dollar, and the fact that the interest rate got decreased AGAIN on Tuesday...I'll bet there are certain members of our government who would LOVE to make a TOTAL MESS out of the broadcasting business too? ::)
