Who carries the Phils' pregame show?

WPHT, obviously. WDEL, too. But not WEEU.Does WCOJ, if they're still on the Phils network?Any other a-Phil-iates carry the pre- or postgame show?ixnay

WNPV (1440 AM Lansdale) will carry the pre-game only if it doesn't interfere with their programming up to 7:00. A lot of the Phils' weeknight games tend to start at 7, so this is to say you don't hear the pre-game much. It's not a severe loss since I believe 100% of 'NPV's coverage area can reliably pull in 1210.It mattered more for WNPV to be part of the Phils' network when 950 was the flagship and their night pattern was crappy in the NPV coverage area. Neither of those are the case now. Tuesdays they even join games in progress at 8 to carry a NASCAR call-in show from 7-8. Fridays get bumped on many occasions by racing coverage and are non existent by the time high school football season comes around for high school gridiron clashes. Just about any day game does not get cleared, whether it be to carry NASCAR on weekends, or to carry satellite talk programming during the week.Fortunately they can carry something more local than ESPN radio (always talk shows, never play-by-play) by picking up weeknight Phillies games.

While its not in the Philly market, WPPA-AM in Pottsville carries Phils pre-game, unless it is an afternoon game, when it interferes with programming. For a 1:05 start, we take it at 1pm. Otherwise, pre-game is automatic.
