Who consulting CD 101.9 (WQCD) now and in the past?

I wonder which person or company was/is consulting CD 101.9 in the past and now?
So QCD was/is different than the other Wave/Oasis etc. smooth jazz stations in the country.

Nobody can answer my question? Strange...

Nobody is consulting CD 101.9 now because CD 101.9 is gone, making it pretty hard to consult.

That's why you have no answer... there is no answer.

Ok, thanks. And are they consulting WQCD right behind the format switch to RXP? When I listen to other BA consulted stations, they all sounds the same. QCD sounds different than other Smooth Jazz stations in the country.

I don't believe that BA had been involved with WQCD for many many years (and I am not sure if at all) but certainly not since prior to the chill experiment several years back.

Nobody is consulting the HD2 format.

BA quit consulting WQCD in the late 90's when Emmis bought the station.
