Depends on how one defines "low dial position." KFNX? KMIA (doesn't specify language)? A figment of some troll's broker's imagination? The only "top operations" at the low end of the dial are not for sale AFAIK, and neither is a combination of "news-talk-sports."

...we ran this through the Akbarizer 3000 computer and it really means Phoenix AM at a dial position lower than 1700. And only $2.2m for half a piece of the pie!! Nurse Jeff is scrambling to find my checkbook as this won't last long at that price!
