Who engineers KSPN 710 Los Angeles?

I don't think KSPN 710 has broadcast in HD for a while, but their analog audio still sounds like it's being put through a 5 kHz lowpass filter. (I do hear a digital sideband just above 710 on rotary tune receivers during the daytime, but believe it's just 740's lower siteband.)

No other major station in L.A. sounds this muffled. It's pillow-over-the-speaker bad, so I'm curious if anyone knows how to get word to their engineer. Good Karma Brands has no other stations in California. It's possible this is just an oversight that an out-of-state cluster person isn't even aware of.

A comparison of 1070 vs. 710 vs. 640 taken from a Qodosen DX-286 with its IF opened up to 8 kHz:

Same but with each station also tuned 3 kHz off frequency for extra dramatic effect (the order is 640 vs. 710 vs. 1070 this time):

It may be necessary to limit the high end because of the antenna . I had a directional AM in Florida that sounded horrible if you pushed above 5khz due to the bandwith of the antenna. array In the end I rolled off above 5Khz and below 100hz it sounded wonderful any boost above 5Khz just distorted.
