Who Get's Mornings on 105.3???

With the BIG PD meeting earlier this week in New York. What will 105.3 present in January? Diamond Dave or Adam "Anything for a Buck" Corolla. Having A Russ Martin Morning show seems dead in the water. Gavin can't do much. He only has Russ that is worth a damn. Pugs and Kelly should have been axed long ago but they have their hooks in real tight with that Steve Dahl lawsuit over Infinity.

For a while Gavin had tapes of Ron & Don and others he was considering for the morning spot. But, it appears he will be an Infinity "Yes Man" and do what New York tells him.

Here's a thought, Pugs and Kelly in the morning!!!! followed by Diamond Dave, then Russ, then Tom Leykis and Lovelines. This way Diamond Dave can say he didn't bomb in Dallas, Pugs and Kelly did.

In essence, whoever get's the morning and mid-day slot on 105.3 is doomed to failure. Without a Stern morning show who is going to pay the rates that Stern merits. P&K certainly can't pull in those rates-do you think Diamond Dave or Corolla can?

Wow...I think we went 3 weeks without P and K bashing...a Radio-mofo record! I don't know how much they make in talent fees, but I'm trying to repaint my hallway and the scouring thing I bought at Lowe's isn't removing any of the old paint. If I cut them a check, could they both talk to my wall and make the paint flake off with their voices?

I've also got some old grout stuck in the bathroom tile that Sybil's laugh could chip out. I'd invite Leykis over, but he'll just puke everywhere. He's got the worst talk show in radio.<P ID="signature">______________

"Dead in the water..."? Why? Because he says he's not going to mornings? I myself have presented evidence that coroborates statements made by someone on "the inside" that says he is going to mornings, and will be doing so on five Southern stations.

When it comes to Mr. Lee Roth.... puh-leeeez. He wouldn't last two books down here. Unless they use him to make the next show that comes in look fabulous, there's no way they would put that crap on the air in Dallas.

Oh... wait... sorry... forgot where I was...

With respect to Mr. Corolla, I don't know that he would do too well here, either. His voice is the exact opposite of David Lee Roth's... instead of in-your-face "HEY! Howyadointhisfinemorningits7:30amthirtyminutesaftersevenandImDiamondDave!", he's more like, "Hey... uh... hey."

I think all the Stern move is going to do is add to the numbers for the KDGE and the KDBN morning shows... unless the Russ Martin rumors are true...<P ID="signature">______________
