Who has more affifilates? John G or Kane in regards to Open house party. Do some stations only carry one or is it a package deal??? I actually go with Kane. I remember John G from the 90's when I got it off of Majic 102-5 in Buffalo but I been checking out Kane off of FLZ sunday nights and the show is HOT.

I think due to heritage and all John still has far more affiliates then Kane.

Kane's a great guy, very funny and extremely creative. I remember when his first time around as the night jock on 93.3 FLZ Tampa, when it was Kane & Munchie.

Re: Open House Party Questions ...

Well here in Richmond, VA Q 94 has John G on Saturday nights and does not air Kane at all on Sunday night, we have the "Hometown Countdown" at 8pm on Sunday night.

Q 101 in Harrisonburg, VA airs John G on Saturday nights and Kane on Sunday night's though

Which leads me to some more questions about OHP

I was traveling in VA this Sat night and noticed that OHP was being played on Q101 at 2am. In Richmond it ends at midnight, but does it go on after that for the west coast?

And if it does end then, then how many stations replay it from mid-5am ?

(I know Q 94 Richmond does not replay it)

And how does the whole time thing factor in if it is live? Does California get it at 7pm or 4pm their time? I know 4pm is way early for this kind of programming.

THat leads 2 my final Q, if it airs at 7pm thier time do they just bring the west coast in and the entire country hear the same thing or do they play what happened 3 hrs ago on the east coast ?

According to OHP's website, there are only three Pacific time zone affiliates: KFMI Eureka, KWYE Fresno and KIFS Medford. KFMI carries both the Saturday and Sunday shows from 4p-2a. It appears to me that they carry both shows live and repeat them immediately afterwards. KWYE plays the Sunday night show from 7-midnight and KIFS plays the Saturday and Sunday shows from 6p. I assume that that KWYE and KIFS are airing it on a delay.

One thing I use to noticed about OHP in the past was that stations that didn't carry the Sunday night show would air the Saturday edition and immediately replay it afterwards.
