Actual subscribers for Pandora you probably won't find and Iheart doesn't have any or at-least not yet. However, there are listening statistics available, published by Triton Digital every month. Pandora has roughly 6 times as many consecutive listeners for the 6am to 8pm, Monday through Friday chart. Pandora hits nearly 1.2 million while Iheart sits at roughly 200,000.

Look at their press release section for more info: http://www.tritondigital.com/

On-demand subscription wise in the US, Rhapsody has roughly 1.1mil. Muve has 500k. Spotify is unknown, but probably around 500k I would venture to guess. Slacker reportedly had 400k. Rdio probably has around 100k, while Mog has an unknown amount but presumably less than 100k. Zune subscribers numbers have not even been hinted at, nor have rara's, kazaa's, or grooveshark's. Globally Spotify is the leader at over 3 million. None of this is guaranteed to be accurate. Most of these companies only give vague hints. Some of them have vastly more free users, but they shouldn't be taken into consideration since these companies all lose money on them with the exception of Slacker.

Thx Casey! That's what I wanted to know because pandora has more rock music than Iheartradio and the others. Hey Casey don't I need a Facebook page to be on spotify?

Wouldn't reccomend Spotify, it has almost no music except mainstream pop, plus you need a Facebook page. If you want that kind of thing, use Rdio, MOG or Grooveshark.

Can you help me understand this "mix feature"? I'd like to try it.

Look at your channels if your on computer you give a check to whatever channel u have if ur on a mobile device I edit where it say quickmix on it and pick the channels with a check then click quickmix on pandora it's not that hard to figure out I have 13 channels.

Spotify requires a Facebook account at this time. If you had Spotify before this requirement, then those users do not need one. I am one of those people. I use the free version at the moment for music discovery. They have too many holes in their catalog to tempt me to subscribe. Plus it uses peer-to-peer to help take load off the main servers, so it can eat a lot of data.

Thx good to know.

Good to know thx!
