It's been all run-of-the-mill pop-style hip-hop when I've tuned in, but that hasn't been often.
KCVA is the station owned by the mohair pair people (a retro shop on College Hill) and the guys that used to be House of Large Sizes. They were really active in trying to fund the thing, and I know they wanted to house it out of the shop on the hill, with a transmitter on the watertower near CF high. Not sure if any of that is proceeding, however.
