Who is Alchemy Broadcasting?

I received this cluster e-mail yesterday:

As of this morning (Saturday, February 11) at 12:01am, Greater Cincinnati has an
oldies station again! The big hits of the '50s and '60s are back on local
airwaves.

Our investment group, Alchemy Broadcasting, has signed a three-year (with
options) Local Marketing Agreement (LMA) to operate 1160 AM (5,000 watts days,
1,000 watts nights) as WDJO. Those call letters were used here between 1985 and
1990 by the area's first all-oldies station.

For the next two weeks we're playing "10,000 oldies" commercial free with the
official format and deejay lineup launch set for Friday, February 24 at 2pm.
We'll be streaming audio shortly on http://www.oldies1160.com/

I've been listening all night and there is no doubt, the magic is back, the fun
has begun and the best is yet to be. Wish us luck and spread the word!

>Doing a search at the Ohio Secretary of State's website shows Brian Kauffmann is the current agent for the company, an earlier filing shows Rodger Kauffmann as the agent. Rodger would be Rodger K, formerly of WGRR and WSAI, and I believe Brian has worked at WMOH
