Who is going to Replace Hendrie

Tomorrow night is Phil Hendrie's last broadcast.  Talk radio's must unique talent and his dozen or so characters will be leaving terrestrial radio.  You can still listen to Phil's 13 years of material on his website.  The question is what is going to happen to his time period on 93 stations that have been carrying the Phil Hendrie Show?  Does anyone have any ideas?

The progressive talk stations might pick up Malloy.

KTLK AM 1150.0 Los Angeles 2
He was never on this station... the simulcast broke up w/690 going sports and 1150 going libtalk before KFI cancelled him IIRC
XTRA AM 570.0 Los Angeles 2
Umm... sports? Mancow's miserable performance mornings should teach them to stick with sports!
KFNC FM 97.5 Houston 7
Maybe they'll just have to admit they're really a Beaumont station and call this failed experiment quits
WTNT AM 570.0 Washington 8
Hmm... weak signal, no listeners, overnights 1-5am... polka music?
WDTW AM 1310.0 Detroit 10
Extra hour of Rhodes and Malloy
WGST AM 640.0 Atlanta 11
Whatever the two people listening vote for... maybe Coast to Coast can move up to 7pm now!
WIOD AM 610.0 Miami 12
Something in Spanish would probably be best
KZON FM 101.5 Phoenix 15
Undisclosed local talker
KSCF FM 103.0 San Diego 17
Extra hour of Dick and Skibba, John and Jeff move up to live
WFLA AM 970.0 Tampa 21
CC has poached Hannity from lowly WWBA
WSAI AM 1360.0 Cincinnati 26
The Sports Animal can't run sports here (6-9p) as not to compete with big brother WLW... Glenn Beck? Something manly but not sportsy
KSFN AM 1140.0 Las Vegas 39
No one listening... maybe the first hour of Leykis since it's a CBS station
WJNO AM 1290.0 West Palm Beach 47
Perhaps Lionel for a libtalk trifecta? (or Hannity moves over from sister brokered talker WBZT)
WKY AM 930.0 Oklahoma City 53
Isn't even an English-language station anymore
WKJK AM 1080.0 Louisville 55
More weekday brokered crapola?
KJLL AM 1330.0 Tucson 61
Citadel's KCUB stole him a few months ago, then dropped him when he announced retirement
KUMU AM 1500.0 Honolulu 63
AAR
WTKG AM 1230.0 Grand Rapids 66
More of their lovely weekday infomercials?
KSCO AM 1080.0 Monterey 75
Savage moves to live
WSRQ AM 1450.0 Sarasota 78
No one listening... WFLA is the one to worry about...
KGEO AM 1230.0 Bakersfield 86
No one listening...
KJRB AM 790.0 Spokane 94
More Leykis?
KFH FM 98.7 Wichita 96
Glenn Beck already replaced him.

Also, 50kW blowtorch WGY/Albany adds Rollye James along with other schedule changes

Hendrie downfall predicted

a number of people on this site predicted that hendrie was on the way out..after kfi dumped him..and his fans wouldn't see the writing on the wall.....I think he should do voices for animated media

The writing on the wall is that the boring talk seeing so much success has to come to an end sometime. Rush and Hannity down 40-60% in some markets (here in Phoenix, they're both still #1 12+ but not with a margin anymore) and other boring talkers like Jerry Doyle, et al, getting more and more clearances. Meanwhile, Phil Hendrie had few top-10 market clearances and the entertainment-focused political talkers have trouble gaining traction and/or are losing clearances.

How much of this crap can one take? "Get this Phil Hendrie off... we want to hear John Ziegler talk about Bill Clinton and golf"
