Does WXXI air any local education programming submitted by freelance producers if it is professional quality and free of advertising? Just wondering

They might...there's a block of local programming on one of the DTV subchannels that all comes from outside producers, I think. Best bet would be to talk to Bob Owens or Gary Walker. They'd know much better than I would. It's a long way from the radio offices on the second floor to the TV programming zone on the third (at least psychologically!)<P ID="signature">______________
