Who is the Chuck Stevens that starts at WJYE in Buffalo December 15th??? As the PD by the way....who is this guy???
 
He has been the PD of WLTJ for the past several years. LTJ became Q92.9 this year, and their ratings have improved slightly depite the new product being absolutely horrendous.
