Ryan Seacrest? Bill Handel? One of the news stations? You don't have to give me reliable sources, just the truth will be fine :)

Until Amp, KIIS was beating KFI by around a point. Since then, the two have been well within the margin of error of the survey. The next group of stations includes KLVE, KOST, KSCA, KLOS, KRTH, KBUE, KROQ, KCBS and KRCD all within +/- 0.5 of each other.

In what is really important, 25-54 or 18-49, KFI slips out of the top 6, and KII is the big winner, followed by a grouping of KLVE, KLOS, KROQ, and KOST ahead of KFI.

Remember that the 12+ number is just an "optics" measurement and is not useful to stations for sales or any other purpose.

Is Handel is too top 55+ heavy? Assuming so, what would be the difference in revenue for KFI if the numbers in 55+ were in the 18-49 bucket?

He does so well 25-54 that a change in rank would not mean much; in PPM there is so much compression that stations routinely change by 5 or 6 rank positions from book to book, 13 times a year. Since buys are made on audience size, not rank, this really has no monetary value. Yes, they might get on more buys, but it's not as big a deal as it looks at first glance.
