Who is the CC Rochester Woman taking over?

Word on the street is that a manager in Rochester will be overseeing CC stations SYR, BUF, ROCH. Who is this woman and when will she pick up the pieces? If this is indeed true, then I do believe in miracles, the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus! You Go Girl!!
 
bart's been floating this (and other) rumors on the Syracuse board. CC has done some regional consolidations, so nothing is off the table. Some folks in Syracuse have been replacing Joel Delmonico for years...
