Who is the Classical Listener and Music Rotation

It's debatable whether WMUU Greenville SC would have been considered classical, but it was a beautiful music station that happened to play some borderline classical numbers. The station had concerts during the evening and sacred music at night and on Sunday.

It seemed to have a sizable audience before it became Salem talk station WGTK over a decade ago.

But I remember a letter to the editor saying classical stations should play the entire symphony and not just one movement. WMUU seemed more like the "best of the classics" recordings advertised on TV where you could hear what you wanted quickly.
