Who is the new A-PD up at 96 Rock?

Who is the new Assistant program director at 96 Rock since JJ left? I think it is Crash but i am not sure. He is in the 2-6PM slot where Foster (Jay Nachlis) usually is this week. I was just wondering who it was and if they have one yet. Thoughts and Comments. Thanks
 
The more interesting question is: Why does Nachlis use a fake airname when everyone knows his real name? Is Foster more rock-y?
 
Come on! You know you have to appeal to the lowest common denominator! Nachlis could be some kind of foreigner! The masses are pretty simple-minded and that's way too complicated a name for them. ;D

When they get fired because they offended one ethnic or religious group, they can just move to another town and take on another fake name. Rinse, lather, repeat.
