Who is the weakest link?

Anybody know where there could be a big hole to fill in East Tennessee radio? I know a big gun who is moving to the state.. I knw it isn't to retire but it sure ain't for the money! Any ideas?
 
I hate to point this out, but since you ask...the "new rock" format is not being addressed (well) in Knoxville. I could go into a thousand reasons why WNFZ is vulnerable, but I won't do that.
