Who Mentors In The Valley

At the young age of 8 I knew what I wanted to do for a living it was radio.
I was fortunate to have some of the best mentors in broadcasters from Bob Hamilton and Brian Bernie of KRTH to Jim Marple of KFI who was in turn mentored by Gary Owens, . I even learned that you can make an automated station sound live from KMRichards "He was really good at it" In the California Central Valley who takes time to mentor to the young? I don’t mean just when it’s trendy or the thing to do that day but is truly committed to it?
