QUALIFICATIONS: At least three years on-air experience in a similar, adult targeted music station. Knowledge of broadcast radio studio operations, including digital audio automation is required. Familiarity with station format and music artists is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include preparation and execution of personality oriented on-air shifts of varying lengths. These candidates must be able to record and play back phone calls, take meter readings and maintain required logs. Announcers must take creative direction, be prompt, communicate well with people, be tactful and decisive, and be able to “think on their feet.”

Flexible hours are a must. Shifts include nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
