I doubt B&T will be around Columbus for the forseaable future. Premere owns the Syndication Rights for B&T. Could B&T reappear on 106.7 when it moves in, That's a possiblity but I guess for now anything is possible. I think it will be like the Jim Rome situation, we'll probally not see B&T back unless Clear Channel thinks its profitable.<P ID="signature">______________

You don't think another station will pick them up? I thought their ratings were pretty good here. Heck..Chick is from here and mentions the area at least once a day.

If the Brew doesn't pick them up, who will? There simply isn't any room for them right now, except on 105.7, and that's far too logical for Clear Channel. Bob & Tom have done well in Cincinnati, Dayton and Toledo for years, as they did here. There's no good reason Bob & Tom are no longer on in this market; it's just another example of our radio being far worse and less sensible than that of smaller markets like the latter two I mentioned above.

Is the fee to carry their program too much for 105.7? I mean...it is the Brew...which tells me that they are going for more of a guy market....and Bob & Tom caters to guys, though they do pull a lot of women as well. Makes no sense to me....but hopefully someone at the Brew can shed some light on this. I e-mailed them from their front page, but have yet to get a response....and that was yesterday morning.

I'd think they would be losing money! I mean....Bob & Tom brought listeners to 105.7 If it wasn't for that show, I wouldn't have listened much to the station. Do they think they will get the same numbers sans B&T? I just find it hard to not have a successful show on your airwaves. They even played an extra hour in the morning to keep more people on the dial! Still no response from the station on my e-mail from yesterday morning!
