Who remembers this? 2004 Wild 96.5 vs. Q102

Hey guys, I saw that few months ago there was a conversation about 96.5 TDY......I wanted to share this clip from late 2003 / early 2004 when Beasley's launched the name brand Wild then Wired on 96.5 to compete against CC Q102 and Power 99. Do you guys remember the law suit? Beasley had to change the name from Wild to Wired because CC had the name brand registered.....this was one of the clips that 96.5 played on the air. This was the last of those good old days of radio war promotions......I remember that street promotion crew of 96.5 went to Q102 studios when they used to be in Bala 2 building and cover their front door with 96.5's stickers LOL. Back in the day I saw Q102 banner along Roosevelt Blvd with a bunch of Wired 96.5 stickers all over...they really competed for the #1 top 40 spot.

I remember seeing Q102 and Wired 96.5 both have remotes at the same concert that I attended. Both stations promotions staff were chilling with each other instead of trying to destroy each other’s remotes.
