Someone with a proven track record in the format with a minimum of 5 years MAJOR market experience.

Is it just me, or does it seem that was taken directly from a job posting??? lol

Julius - I hate to burst your bubble, but the PD of a station just isn't as important as it used to be. Many PD's are "in title only", and have very little to no power in the decision making process at many stations. I'm not saying that WMGK is one of those places, by the way.
