Who should I e-mail about this?

wMYsp on WIP HD-3 has been dropping out after a second for the past month. Who should I e-mail requesting them to fix it?

If it consistently plays for a second or two then disappears, that's almost certainly a problem with your radio's reception. Try moving your antenna.

WIP-FM HD3 comes in fine here in Willow Grove. How's your reception of KYW's feed (WIP-FM HD2)?

WIP-FM HD2 comes in fine in Fort Washington. Until September when I lived in Coatesville, WYSP HD-3 came in fine. I have an Insignia portable HD radio. Is there any way I can improve reception?

I have the same problem as the OP. It's only WIP-HD3. It doesn't happen on WIP-HD2. Which tells me it's not a reception problem.

I'm using an iPhone with a Gigaware HD radio dongle. I bought it a month ago, and I've always had this problem.

I have the same problem with WPEN-HD2. Those are the only two I have this problem with. Other HD feeds work fine unless I'm not in range.
