Who should replace Bill O'Reilly on 97-1 FM TALK?

3 hours of Glenn Beck? Michael Smerconish's new show? Fred Thompson? John Gibson? Who will it be? It's your choice.

Whoever it is, they will have big shoes to fill on one of Bill O's top affiliates. I believe there have been times where Bill O and the hour of Glenn Beck have beaten Rush Limbaugh 25-54.

How about a monkey with a banana?

Is that what Dennis Miller is calling his show now?

Does anybody have an answer here, or know who KFTK plans to replace O'reilly with. I can imagine it will not be Fred Thompson or John Gibson, Smerconish is a little more likely, but it seems the logical choice would be to extend Glenn Beck to the two hours that will be vacated by O'Reilly and air all three hours of his show.

ME!

Ha ha ha....

Not happening...

Is John Gibson satellite only? He is entertaining, but I am not sure he is good counterprogramming to Rush.

Glenn Beck would be a good choice.

I would have thought Rush would have had a lock on the market since its so close to his hometown-- relatively speaking. How bout Doug McElvin?? Doug used to do a midday show opposite Rush here on WHAS, and took over Milton Metz's nightly talk show when he retired. Doug has the talent.

How about the Clint Eastwood's character from "Gran Torino" or any other elderly white gentleman who spends the majority of the time yelling at children to "get off my lawn!"?
