The only overlap I'm seeing is in Dallas. Susquehana has 4 stations there, Cumulus has 2.

They might have to dump a station in KC. Cumulus owns KMJK and KCHZ while Sasquatch has KCMO AM/FM, KCFX and KCJK. They're also upgrading KMAJ 107.7 from Topeka, which would move it into KC. I suspect they haven't built the CP because they knew they were playing for Susquehanna.

Cumulus does not have any Jacks. I know they at least had a Christian station or two, though I'm not sure if they do anymore.

Cumulus owns christian music stations WLRO 101.5 in Lexington, KY and KTLT 98.1 in Abilene, TX. They recently had another in Odessa, TX but it recently flipped to another format. All air Salem's TCM sat feed that 95.9 in Franklin used to.

I'm surprised that Clear Channel isn't going after Susquehanna. CC owns Q, X & NDE and to the best of my knowledge, that's all they own in Indiana.<P ID="signature">______________

Actually, it goes beyond that. That's almost certainly one of the reasons, but there are more. Clear Channel could only keep the Susquehanna stations in Indy, Kansas City and, maybe York, PA (though I think they might have to divest there as well) without having to divest anything. It's really a pretty bad fit when you considered they'd have to divest a lot in San Francisco, Houston, and Dallas.

Thanks for the update about WLRO. I did not know that. So KTLT is their last ccm. I saw KTLT was getting good ratings. I am not surprised WLRO or the Odessa station, now KBAT 99.9, switched from ccm though because K-Love has strong signals their. They probaly were trying to steal some of K-Love's listeners and did not get enough to satisfy them. But when KTLT switched to ccm in Abeline the other ccm there, KGNZ, has had tower problems so they could have stolen some of their audience.

I'm not sure what market numbers CC would consider buying additional stations, but I would think if there are some strong signals in any of Susquehanna's cluster, CC might be foolish to pass up some stronger signals and put their best performing stations on the stronger signals. For smaller markets, I could see where a company like theirs can't make money off of small market stations, and even non-Arbitron markets, which was definitely foolish on their part.
