Who was he?

Back in the 70s & into the very early 80s when 1430 AM was WIRE with a country music format, one of the air personalities was also involved in teaching broadcasting at Ben Davis. Does anyone remember his name?
Did he remain in radio after WIRE changed to an A/C format?
 
Would it be Dana Webb?
