Who were those knuckle heads? And did anyone else hear them talk about women belonging in the kitchen and off the field, Erin Andrews needing to thank her stalker and a female member of the media doing mouth exercises with a banana?
I'm finding that sports shows rarely talk sports anymore these days or they tie in the celebrity angle more than anything. They frequently drift into the discussions about "hot chicks" and celebrity gossip. National shows are especially guilty of this--and of course Fox Sports Radio seems to be the main culprit.
ESPN Radio still talks sports a majority of the time, they may hit on non-sports issues but not for the length of talk time Fox does. Fox may do it as a counter-programming tactic to ESPN. I don't hear SNR anymore where I am so I have no idea what they talk about at all anymore.
