....used to do the morning news on WARM when it was a tag team between him and Jerry Heller. I'm thinking Rod Raeger.... is that correct? And is this person still around?
 
for most of the 70's and first part of the 80's it was Ray Toro....Ray Macguire
 
Thanks for info. It is indeed Ron Rice. I searched the website for some audio clips and recognized the voice!
