Who was the voice of WKZQ?

Yesterday on a commercial on the local station airing the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament (and for the first few days this means only games airing in this part of the country, since with 32 games being played, several would air at the same time), I heard a voice saying this was the place to hear the games.

I think I have heard the same voice before saying the same thing. And I believe it was this voice on monster truck commercials.

And I think he is the same man who used to say "Rock 101.7 KZQ".

I may have asked this here before but I'm not about to try to find it.

David Lee...pretty much the second "voice of God" behind Morgan Freeman, IMO.

I am convinced based on his voice that he eats nails for breakfast and bricks for lunch.

For years, he made me want to be a VO professional...until I knew who I was dealing with, I simply knew him as "the KZQ voice guy"
