Who will be the first to interview Conan... and when???

We have not heard from Conan regarding this whole Tonight Show hullabaloo.... probably because NBC's deal with Conan includes him keeping his mouth shut.

The guy has to come out and speak one of these days. I have a feeling Letterman will interview him on the Late Show... probably on March 1st, the same night Jay goes back to hosting the Tonight Show. ;)

I don't think he'll sit w/Oprah or Larry King.

Bottom line, Conan got a pretty sweet deal from NBC. I'm sure part of it was, no interviews. He isn't dumb, he will remain silent until he reaches a new deal this fall. And, yes, I agree, his silence now will just build up his return. He could eventually end up the winner in all this.

Did they say anything about him being just "heard"? Stick him behind one of those witness protection screens so all you see is a silhouette.......therefore all you see is his shadow, not him!

I doubt it very much. I wouldn't even count on him finding a deal with any major network. The show was less than successful, to put it mildly, and being remembered as the one Tonight Show host who failed leaves him as damaged goods. And when it comes to the public's attention span nowadays, outta sight, outta mind.

The primetime Jay Leno show was even a worse failure. So if Jay was valuable enough to keep, I don't think Conan's success at 12:30 for 16 years should be overlooked either. Check out the link below. You don't think this stuff deserves to be on the air? ;)

Since Conan came from the Simpsons, I feel he should do a cameo appearance there first. Maybe become Krusty's assistant while Sideshow Bob is on vacation. He already has one quality-- freaky hair!

You mean Mel. Bob is usually in prison.
