After seeing Christmas threads in other boards already, I figured why not?
About WTRY... with a new competitor in WPTR, would you really want to lose all your loyal listeners that do not want all Christmas 24/7 to your competitor? If I were Clear Channel, I'd probably flip WRVE instead due to it's 50 kW signal and somewhat compatible format... or maybe WKKF if they were planning to tweak their format/branding
What about WYJB? This station is one of the few ACs that still doesn't go all-Christmas, and their sister station WROW moved from FM 100.9 to AM 590 (and still kept all-Christmas in 2010)... could 2011 be the first year WYJB goes Christmas? It'd be a smart move, at least IMO...
