This is my bright idea, so I'll get the ball rolling:
I don't know the OKC market well enough, but for a Tulsa station staffed from those already here, I'd get:
Mel Meyers - A legendary morning man, he's even made middays a fun show!
Andy Barber - Is there a bad shift for this guy? A funny, funny man.
Dave Michaels - Afternoons are easier with Wavy Davy on the radio.
Matt Bradley - The youngest guy on my "short list," he's a riot who could tear this town apart if let loose on the air.
Chuck Stevens - A legendary jock to those of us who grew up listening to him on K-107 in the 80s; what a smooth set of pipes!
Carly Rush - I don't feel like I've heard "her" for years, maybe going back to her overnight days at K-107; she's really funny! And a good jock to boot.
Rick Couri - Sports, co-host... is there anything this guy can't do? Quick, quick wit & always easy going & friendly.
John Filbeck - He's the swiss army knife in his employer's arsenal: traffic, storm chasing, award-winning production, live sports events... if John can't do it, it can't be done.
Billy Parker - OK, this would depend a bit on the format... but I wonder if he wouldn't sound just as friendly and approachable on formats besides country, too?
Ken Staley - The name least likely to be recognized on this list, he's hidden out as PD / sales manager of AM 970 KCFO for dozens of years... a smooth voice, an ultra-dry sense of humor, & an excellent working knowledge of the roots of rock n roll make him the perfect choice for middays or a specialty oldies show.
ME - Duh... I'd love to be able to even work weekends / overnights at such a station!
If I could "resurrect" people who have left the biz, my list would include:
John Erling - The morning man Tulsa loved to hate, he should have continued to have the freedom to do what he did best in his later years on the air.
John Dukree - Not that I blame him... but he was my favorite voice on Tulsa radio, a newsman of supreme integrity and the best security blanket you could have when severe weather passed through the area.
Larry Scott - Not that skilled in the mechanics of the radio, he radiated "legend" and had great stories for every song he played... he felt like he was talking right to you and kept you informed of weather & news, too, when he did the Interstate Road Show overnights on KVOO-AM 1170.
Charlie Spears - Used to do Sonlight on KMOD, still at TU as far as I know, just not doing the radio thing right now... super-smooth voice, great, personable personality (can you call a personality personable?), friendly, and very knowledgeable about multiple genres of music.
If I could bring them back from from other towns:
Gary Thomson - A voice of gold, a heart of gold, a golden sense of humor... hm, maybe I just want the gold?
Duncan Payden - Funny, funny guy who did killer nights on a couple of Tulsa CHRs.
Rob Hough - An import from Missouri, he's moved back & taken his laid-back style, friendly demeanor, & great pipes with him.
Scooter B Seagraves - Who WOULDN'T bring this guy back???

I am CERTAIN I am forgetting people (who will read this and be angry at me) and this list by no means lists all of the really, really talented people on the air in Tulsa... all this represents is MY "dream team," and chances are it would vary based on what format I was programming, etc., including some I haven't listed here and dropping some I have.
I also think my "all star" list would require everybody work two-hour shifts. ;D
O.K., your turn: who would make up YOUR "dream staff?" Who's the "best" to you?
