Who's #1 in talk radio "hate speech"?

How is "# 1" determined? Is this like that poll out there that workers vote for the station that has the most music while they work?

Just going by most listeners nationwide you'd have to say Rush.

I frequently hear the term 'hate radio' or 'hate speech' used by folks on the left to describe right wing talkers. In my experience, it seems that the left side of the isle is more 'hateful' with their attacks on those that disagree with their beliefs.

But....but...but...the left has cornered the market when it comes to "compassion" & "tolerance". I'm so confused now.

well well well---thanks jhead for explaining how you consider NPR to be "hate speech." Yeah, I think that pretty much answers my question. I'm sure you could give similar answers for Sharpton, WRFG, etc. listed above

Which talker (left or right) is the worst offender?

The term "hate speech" is a device invented by the left to hide behind their intolerance of opinions other than their own.

Well fort mill...I was posing the question...is NPR really hate speech? I mean what are we comparing it to? Have you actually listened to an NPR station fortmill? have spent ome time listening to one. From what I gather...NPR is not hate specch considering that 85% of the programs are more centered around classical music. What do you consider hate speech on NPR? On the weekend there's car talk...wait thats not hate speech...thats a car program. There's the world of Opera...wait thats an opera show..lets see...Praiaire Home Companion...wait thats a GrandOl Opry inspired show. Week days lets see..hate spech...hate spech...theres News and Notes..waitthat deals with African American issues...theres all things considered....thats a news based porgram...that not hate speech...theres the busness program...wait...theres Fresh Air..watthey seem to cover arthours on that.

Fort mill I think you overload yourself on that one...if anyone thinks that NPR is hate speech then must have fallen asleep in Intro to mass media because a majority of NPR's money comes from the government...thats right the U.S. government...so there isn;t going to be any hate speech becuase funding could get cut.

WRFG proclaims itself as a progressive voice station..so things are going to focus on a more "liberal" stance...and thats hate speech how? I beileve that their money cmes fom the people.

I mean Limbaugh Hannity and beck are 1 2 and 3 respectively and I hear more rhetoric coming out of Limbaugh and Hannity about how much this country is going to hell then any other programs, Same goe for Air America..they bitch about how much aAmerica is going to hell because its controlled by Bush.

So really there isn't much "hate Speech" just a bunch of folks giving talking points to different political parties. As the old saying goes: if you dont like what is being said or played..turn the station to something o cutthe radio off.
