Hi everyone:

Umm...Someone feel free to correct me on this but I do believe this show is only ON HIATUS due to being in between seasons. To my knowledge, A&E has NOT made a decision even REMOTELY close to CANCELLING it.

> "A Current Affair"

Much of this show's staff was absorbed by "At Large With Geraldo Rivera", which is now seen on many, if not all, of the same stations that carried CA.

> "Rollergirls"

Umm....Better look at that TV schedule again. A&E is STILL running ads promoting it (Unless I'm getting a different A&E channel than the rest of America, which I doubt).

> "Wanted"

Is this "America's Most Wanted" or another show with that title?

Cheers :)

Radio? Uhh.....What's THAT?? :)

The midseason comedy "Crumbs" staring Jane Curtin and Fred Savage was canned after 4 or 5 episodes. Bummer too 'cause I'm one of the few people who thought the show was great.

I see WB's "What I Like About You" (starring Amanda Bynes and Jennie Garth) on your list. Is that the reason tonight was already the fourth season finale?
______________
The 2006 New York Yankees...on to title #27!

This is correct Airline is cancelled and so is Rollargirls, it is just finishing out its run. A&E liked the show, but no one was watching.

Ditto "Four Kings" on NBC. Thursday night is proving to be inhospitable for newcomers.

I thought I read Still Standing and King Of Queens have been cancelled. As well as Hope and Faith and Life According to Jim

I can't believe the renewed How I Met Your Mother.

I also think Living With Fran was not renewed.

Anyone knows for sure about these shows?

I never even heard of that show with Jane Curtin and Fred Savage. Jane is one of the few people to have a major role in THREE hit series. (OK SNL is not prime time but still)
______________

The TNT series.

Yes. The WB's decision to cut back episodes and declining ratings are to blame, along with the casts' decision to move on to other things.

Congrats, sfradio. When it comes to ignorant comments, you never fall short. You decided to flavor your ignorance with a little RACISM. If you knew anything, outside of putting your foot in your mouth on a daily basis, these comedies on UPN, especially "Everybody Hates Chris" does very well for UPN.

You're right about that. BTW "Everybody Hate Chris" and "Girlfriends" will be joining The CW this fall, with the latter bringing along a possible spin-off titled "The Game" if it makes the schedule. There's also talk that "Eve" and "Half & Half" might also move over as well, so I don't see the CW abandoning the African-American audience even after UPN and The WB complete their marriage this September.

This was still on? I thought it went away a long time ago.

> "Emily's Reasons Why Not"

IIRC, cancelled only after one show.

I'm not being racist i'm just saying, I know e.h.c is coming back and girlfriends, thats why i said most of not all of them, and more people said worse things about upn then me, considering if it was bad
______________

It aired Sunday nights at 10:00 p.m.

I knew nothing about the show (even that it existed) until I caught it one Sunday night. I never saw a promo for it.

Current Affair - They brought a new version back last year on FOX O&O Stations.

It went national last fall but only lasted a couple of months before being replaced by Geraldo at Large

It's also going nationwide this season and hopes to be on lot of stations by fall.

Hasn't "The Comeback", the horrible Lisa Kudrow HBO show been cancelled?
Edited by Marshal on 03/26/06 08:46 PM.
