Who's got the farthest reaching FM signal in S.F. Bay Area?

Superpower FM stations- technically KIOI is not the strongest signal in the Bay Area

If not, then who? At 125 KW they beat out KQED's 110KW. Although KQED's antenna is about 100 feet higher than average terrain, "technically" KIOIs signal is stronger...however, it is not the "farthest reaching".
