I'm going to guess K-105 is hiring a female to join the morning show.

Somebody go to Vegas and lay down a dollar for me on WQHK, since (from where I'm listening) WMEE and The Bear (WBYR) already have solid morning shows.

I can bite my tongue no longer. The Bear's show is fine...but WMEE? How painful! How forced and unnatural can one duo sound? No charm. Nothing compelling. No warmth or connection. Not even a hooky show name! Sam's fake laughter leads right into a few more hours of it from Trina, the middayer. Actually, aside from Boomer, all the air talent on that station needs to be worked with. All "DJ's", and I'm not using the term adoringly. For my money, as bad as the 'MEE morning show sounds I hope that's where they're going to apply some talent.

The WMEE morning show has left the website (and, I assume, the building).
It wouldn't be the Holidays in Fort Wayne without the FedMed Wheel of Firings. It's Lucky '7' with 7 morning shows in 7 years. (does not include an interim teams)

Please also keep in mind that since January 1, 2000, WMEE has had several PD's: Captain Chris, John O'Rourke, Tommy Allen, Mark Evans, and current PD Rob Kelley.
Really? They are eliminating the morning drive position? ???
I think the implication is that WMEE seems to fire people a lot - not eliminate positions.
But that was my take...
Maybe Sarkes took a look at FedMed and they decided to have a swapping of the staff, sort of...
Now I read that somebody at WAJI is leaving their morning show (I'm betting Dirk is going back to TV on WANE's morning news...)
But who am I kidding?? I know NOTHING about this, just taking a stab in the dark. WMEE, if the morning show is gone as is thought to be, won't be hurt by it right now. I think the listeners are accustomed to the "revolving studio door" that is their morning show...well, airstaff really. But when the next book comes...

Just read today in the FW Journal Gazette an ad for a "Morning Radio Personality," and the return address is to FedMed on Maples Rd. Would they consider a raving lunatic Cyclops boy for morning radio??? I need something to do that causes me to get up at 2 in the morning... 8)
