I noticed WOOF is running an ad for a full-time on-air personality. Anyone know who's leaving and why? ???
 
Check that fiesty, I have heard that the young man doing overnights was headed back to school, not Julie. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
 
julie is evenings, not overnights, fiesty.

u are correct stewy, as i have heard the same thing. JP, the overnight guy is leaving
 
Roger that, Stewy. I had heard it was the overnight jock, and also knew that Julie needs A LOT of work, so I guess I was wrong when I assumed that they would do the right thing and let her go!

She sounds fine to menow that she has gotten adjusted to WOOF ,Julie had huge numbers when I worked with her in the TVY building matter of fact I would bet that her numbers then are the best that has shown in years on KMX

are you sure you aren't once again mistaken about the jock, fiesty? poor J.P the overnight guy needs alot of work because he is just starting out in radio from what i hear. Even if you do think julie needs alot of work, thats your opinion and not your place to say wether they need to "do the right thing and let her go". Obviously Leigh and Agnes believe in her and theyve never been wrong in the past about talent before, have they?

i agree, Tidd, Julie sounds fine to me now that she is adjusted. it took her a while because she had been out of radio for quite awhile. Ever since she left KMX. and had to get back into it. I think she adds energy to the night slot at WOOF and buzz is that she brings quite a few listeners out to remotes.
 
Thanks for the concern duncan but DRadio got it right. JJ will work hard, ask for and LISTEN for what she needs to improve and then react positively. Good person, good fellow employee and yes, I listen to her. Still can't get through when the dog howls, even on her show. Just can't get that Randy Newman song out of my jead when I hear her ;).
 
Does overnights on WOOF FM pay better than AM drive on KMX?
