OK... it's time to play my favorite game.... WHO'S NEXT?...
Seems like the revolving door at Equity only swings one way... OUT.... so who will be next???
There's not many people left... don't think Nicky is going anywhere... hell... he's been everywhere else..
I'll bet Donna in sales is next... heard about the new sales manager... and I think there's an oil and water situation brewing... another great move by Gary... let's hire a sales manager that failed for Access.1 and piss off my very best sales person... so then the question is where will she go... hmmm.... let's see... me thinks Atlantic...

Once she's gone this game is almost done... really... who else is left worth noting? Steve is the PD, he ain't going without another PD gig... T-Bone? I'd bet anything that he'd leave if offered by the Shark or Hawk...

The ship is more than taking on water... I think the first 5 compartments are full and it's just a matter of time till she breaks apart...
 
If Atlantic is smart they won't be taking Steve or T-Bone. "Let's see, we are killing WZXL as it is, let's start to sound just like them." Not the best idea, but hey, what do I know? Equity is sinking fast enough as it is.
 
I agree.... but I don't think the bleeding has stopped over at equity.... there will be more... I don't hear it's very happy over there... but then again, I have not heard about a happy radio station since before the consolodation disasters...
 
Seriously who cares? this joke of a cluster doesn't care at all about its staff or radio in general..How many bone-head moves has Gary F made over the years...it's almost laughable...my favorite is before they acquired kiss or the buzz...everytime WAYV would go down in the ratings they would add all these urban tracks...then the ratings would go up and they would cut all urban music again...cause they could give a s*** about their listeners..I believe they usually have the same air staff stay so long because its easier than getting new people because the pay is so bad there....I worked there and I'm surprised it took this long for the roof to cave in..Just the fact that they don't hire an air staff for kiss is absurd...that is the most marketable station down the shore for remotes...they could be all over the streets........it couldn't happen to a nicer owner
