Who's on First?

I couldn't find it on NewsBank but it would have been a copyright violation to post it here anyway.

But I was going through my cllection of actual newspaper articles which just takes up so much room. I have to throw some out.

It'll take time to copy this but if someone can tell me a way to let others see it without violating any rules, I'd appreciate it.

Doug Robarchek of The Charlotte Observer wrote about Abbott working with rock bands, not baseball players.

No, I'm referring to the routine where rock bands are involved.

Would it go something like this?

Abbott: "What a great concert we're going to have. The Who's the opening act, Guess Who is next, and the headliner is Yes."
Costello: "Ok, I'll guess - Who's the opening act?"
Abbott: "Yes."
Costello: "I thought you said Yes was the headliner."
Abbott: "Yes is the headliner."
Costello: "I'm not asking you who's the headliner!"
Abbott: "Who's the opening act!"

Too bad there isn't a band called I Don't Know. ;D

It's similar to that. When I get it typed up what should I do with it?

Even if I put it on a web site and link to it, it's from The Charlotte Observer and technically could be a copyright violation.

The Credibility Gap (the comedy group with Harry Shearer, David Lander and Michael McKean) did their own version of "Who's On First" that Keith quoted in his post. Harry or Michael was in the Abbott role, as a promoter for "Conquest Concerts," and David, in the Costello role, was either a publicist or reporter who had to take down the names of the acts.
