Who's the "new" boss at KMBZ (FM)?

Heard Scott Parks make reference to the "newer boss" at KMBZ 98.1. Is Furst still the PD? I'd assume he'd be the "boss" making the call on airing the Biden speech if he were there but I hadn't heard about him being replaced either.
