As a change of pace I've been listening to 1700's comedy format. For the last several days the audio has been so bad as to make the signal un-listenable. It's a shame since the format is an interesting change on the AM dial and IF the audio issues were corrected it might develop a niche...
I noticed the same thing last weekend when I was in DFW. It almost sounded to me like both transmitter sites were on and cancelling each other out. I could be wrong on this one as I was listening from Keene which is a good distance from both transmitter sites. The same problem has happened on 1190 before about 20 years ago.
