I managed just to catch her first name.....Jennifer. Is she local or working for one of Clear Channel's other radio stations outside of Rochester? Anyways she is damn good on the air; in fact she is far superior than Lonsberry. Maybe he should take more vacations; or better yet there should be a permanent change in hosts.
By the way did anyone see in the D&C Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down section of the paper on their website someone referred to Lonsberry as "the Lonesome Rhodes of Rochester Radio." Boy did that person hit the nail on the head.
For those who did not see the comment, I will copy and past it below.

It amazes me why anyone with an ounce of intelligence would listen to "Ned Flanders" in the first place.
This guy is the "Lonesome Rhodes" of Rochester radio. In front of the microphone he comes across as this god-fearing, law-abiding citizen rallying his audience to do the right thing.
In real life he's had run-in's with the law, and his numerous marriages speak for itself
Even his "conversion" to the Mormon religion didn't fool the people in Salt Lake City, where his radio show was cancelled due to poor ratings.

You nailed FUBOb Lonsberry dead center with the "Lonesome Rhodes" characterization. For those unfamiliar with the reference, there is a great old movie (1957) starring Andy Griffith in which a talentless B.S. artist by that name gets "discovered" by a up and coming television producer (Patricia Neal) and goes from easygoing, folksy type of good guy into a Glenn Beck/Lonsberry combination of ignorance, arrogance, and bigotry. It is available on Netflix and gives great lessons about the propagandists style of fear mongering and hate, feed to sheeple through catchy little undefined phrases that do not require any depth of thought. At times, Beck and Lonsberry make Joe McCarthy seem sane by comparison. It is truly an insult to Rochester that this type of radio hate stays on the air.
