WHRF 98.3 on-air?

Has anyone heard WHRF 98.3 Belle Haven, VA on the air on the Eastern shore simulcasting Classical WHRO? They have been giving the ID at the top of the hour.
 
It is... in testing mode. Official sign-on is Tuesday, Sept 4. Station is doing HD Radio (no side channels) and analog RBDS...
