A note about Matt Murray, now apparently working at WHTG. While at WDHA... under the direction of Terrie Carr... a most crude, stupid, and crass comment came from his mouth hole. In a discussion about the Little League World Series Winning Toms River High School Baseball Team he conjectured that their name was: The Toms River Cancer Clusters.

I personally thought he ought to be dumped from DHA at that time... and now find it completely incredible that he's been hired to actually work in this broadcast area. If he's actually pulling shifts... nice work, Press. Way to hire someone who's got respect for the local market. The Toms River Cancer Clusters. At least he knows enough about the market to insult it's loss of it's children. What a radio pro.

Welcome back Matt! You are missed at WDHA. When are you on HTG? The website doesn't indicate your time. I am lucky to get the station in Somerville.Now, bring back the bgb and i'll really be happy!
 
Hey thanks! I'm on 7AM-10AM Every Saturday morning for "The Breakfast Club" The 80's show.....Then Sunday 7PM-MID.
 
Dont worry about it Matt, I'm sure its just somebody here who's upset you moved on and there still stuck on the sinking ship (we'll its already sunk) that is Greater Media NJ. Glad to hear your back doing what you should be doing!

I lived in Toms River for a quite a long time and I find nothing insulting about it. In fact, the cancer cluster was one of the reasons I moved.

Plus, he clearly never said it anyway. So no big deal either way.
